  Beginner's, Hatha, Level 1 & 2, Gentle, Senior's Hatha Flow, Power yoga Beginner's class focus is on the basics. Gentle yoga uses props and helps the students adopt their practices. Senior's yoga for the 55 and above crowd. Hatha 1 & 2 takes students who have some experience with yoga. Hatha Flow uses both the postures & breath to flow through the asanas. Power yoga is for those already with a good practice and in fair physical condition.

Classes promote flexibility, strength and stamina, and aid the entire body to release and relax. Proper breathing and mindfulness techniques create emotional balance and reduce stress. Morning clases are more vigorous, late evening classes relieve stress and relax the body and mind. Focus is on breathing, movement, alignment, and the flow of energy. I also teach prenatal yoga and yoga for seniors.
