Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga

Yoga can create freedom for the physical, emotional and intellectual minds to come together, setting a "safe space" to express oneself. Influenced by a number of styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini, I aspire to gently, compassionately and playfully challenge my students and bring them to a place of innate strength and relaxation. I am available to teach privates and small groups. Please email for rates.
